1. Product Orders & Payments
All cabinet orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping. We accept major credit cards. Orders are considered final once payment is processed.

2. Custom Manufacturing
All Bigfoot Garage Cabinets are custom-made to order. Due to the size, weight, and custom specifications of each system, all sales are final. No returns or cancellations are accepted once production begins.

3. Shipping & Handling
Shipping is not included in the product price. Our team will coordinate the best available freight rate based on your location. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping after purchase. Customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment for visible damage upon arrival and noting any issues on the delivery receipt.

4. Delivery Times
Typical production times are 2–4 weeks. Delivery times may vary based on location, order volume, and carrier scheduling. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party freight carriers.

5. Installation & Support
Bigfoot Garage Cabinets are designed for DIY assembly or installation by local or national handyman services. We provide detailed video tutorials and optional 1-hour video consultations. Customers are responsible for any third-party labor costs.

6. Damaged or Missing Parts
If you receive damaged or missing components, please contact us within 5 business days. We will replace items promptly. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to replacement parts.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, and product descriptions, are the property of Bigfoot Garage Cabinets and may not be used without written permission.
