Bigfoot Garage Cabinets serves customers through three primary areas of business: professionally installed garage cabinet systems in the Las Vegas area; USA Home/DIY garage cabinet systems available for shipment to customers; and our Handyman referral program.

By using our website, submitting a form, requesting information, purchasing products or services, or participating in one of our programs, you agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Las Vegas Garage Cabinet Sales and Installation

Bigfoot Garage Cabinets provides garage cabinet consultations, estimates, product sales, delivery, and professional installation services in the Las Vegas market and surrounding service areas.

Estimates, cabinet configurations, pricing, installation schedules, and other project details may vary based on the customer's garage, cabinet selections, site conditions, accessibility, and other project-specific requirements.

Final product specifications, pricing, payment terms, and installation details will be provided to the customer as part of the applicable estimate, order, invoice, or sales agreement.

2. USA Home / DIY Cabinet Sales

Bigfoot Garage Cabinets also offers garage cabinet systems for customers who purchase cabinets for shipment and assembly or installation at their location.

DIY customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and project information and for reviewing cabinet dimensions, configurations, and installation requirements before ordering.

Shipping charges, delivery times, product availability, and production schedules may vary by order and destination and will be communicated as part of the applicable order process.

Unless Bigfoot Garage Cabinets has separately agreed in writing to provide installation services, DIY customers are responsible for assembly and installation of shipped products or for independently hiring someone to perform those services.

Bigfoot Garage Cabinets may provide instructional materials and telephone or video support to assist customers with assembly and installation.

3. Handyman Program

Bigfoot Garage Cabinets may provide information to independent handymen and service professionals regarding our products and referral opportunities.

Participation in the Handyman program does not create an employment relationship, franchise, joint venture, agency relationship, or exclusive territory unless expressly established through a separate written agreement.

Handymen operate independently and are responsible for their own businesses, licensing, insurance, taxes, pricing, services, and compliance with applicable laws.

Any applicable referral compensation, program requirements, eligibility requirements, or other program terms will be communicated separately by Bigfoot Garage Cabinets.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. Product photographs, illustrations, measurements, finishes, colors, specifications, and other information are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to reasonable manufacturing or display variations.

Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice prior to an accepted order.

5. Orders and Payments

Prices, payment schedules, deposits when applicable, shipping charges, installation charges, taxes, and other amounts will be disclosed during the applicable sales or ordering process.

An online inquiry, consultation request, estimate request, or form submission does not by itself constitute an accepted product order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, delivery, and project information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms apply primarily to USA Home/DIY orders and any other orders requiring shipment.

Estimated production, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, supply conditions, customer availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for complying with any delivery requirements communicated for their order.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Warranty

Return, cancellation, and warranty rights may differ depending upon the product or service purchased and whether the order involves installed products, shipped products, standard products, or specially manufactured/customized components.

Applicable return, cancellation, and warranty terms will be provided with the applicable estimate, order, invoice, warranty documentation, or sales agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Bigfoot Garage Cabinets may offer SMS/text messaging for customers, prospective customers, and program participants who voluntarily provide the appropriate consent.

Depending upon the consent provided, messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment and estimate information, scheduling updates, customer service communications, order or installation information, and, where separately authorized, marketing and promotional messages such as special offers, discounts, and product or service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services from Bigfoot Garage Cabinets. SMS marketing consent is voluntary and is collected separately from non-marketing messaging consent where applicable.
