Bigfoot Garage Cabinets Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview:
All Bigfoot Garage Cabinets are custom-made and shipped from our facility once your order is finalized. Because our products are large, heavy-duty, and designed for durability, they are shipped via freight in secure wooden crates to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are not included in the product price. Once your order is received, we calculate the shipping cost based on your delivery address and send a separate invoice. You are responsible for covering this shipping fee prior to dispatch.

Shipping Timeframes:
Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days after final payment and confirmation. You will receive tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. Shipping timelines may vary depending on freight carrier schedules and delivery location.

Delivery Process:
Our cabinets ship via LTL freight and require curbside delivery. The driver will deliver your crate to the end of your driveway or nearest accessible area. It is your responsibility to move the crate into your garage and inspect the shipment promptly.

Crating & Handling:
Each order is professionally crated to minimize shipping damage. Crates weigh between 400–500 lbs. for an 8-foot section. If you need assistance uncrating or moving the cabinet, we recommend hiring a local handyman or labor service.

Freight Damage Policy:
Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect your crate thoroughly. If you notice any damage, note it with the freight driver and contact us immediately with photos. We’ll assist with replacing any affected parts, but signed acceptance of a damaged crate without notation voids damage claims.
