Bigfoot Garage Cabinets Return Policy

All sales are final. Every Bigfoot Garage Cabinet is custom-built to order and packaged with care. Because of the size, weight, and tailored nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once your order has been finalized and sent to production, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

We strongly recommend that you double-check all measurements, garage layouts, and cabinet configurations before placing your order. Our team offers complimentary planning support to help you make confident, accurate decisions before production begins.

What if something arrives damaged?
If your shipment is damaged in transit, we’ll help you make it right. Before signing for delivery, inspect the crate carefully. If you see any damage, take photos and note it with the freight driver. We’ll replace affected parts, but signed delivery without damage notes may void freight claims.

What if a part is missing or defective?
We offer full phone and video chat support for installation. If anything is missing or defective, we’ll help coordinate a replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on replacement parts. Completed cabinets cannot be returned under any circumstance.
